Epic Fossil Hunt

On Friday our year 2 syndicate walked up the Richmond hills.

We walked and walked until we got to the part where we could see the whole of Richmond.

After a good look at Richmond we set off again. Mrs Scott told us when we could start fossil hunting. I found 100’s of fossils and 10 pieces of iron stone. We searched for a long time and then we started walking down. Finally we reached the bottom of the hill.

We had lunch. After lunch we played on the playground, then we went back to school.

We washed our fossils then we watched a video about fossil hunting.

The fossil hunt was awesome because I found fossils and iron stone.
